The Improvement Disease

This happens often with review samples. I get a unit to review and before I get the review published, something is added, removed, or modified. I sometimes wonder how customers can know what exactly they will get when they purchase.

And, of course, most sellers don’t want customers to be satisfied and contented. New sales come mostly not from converting audio agnostics, but from perpetually ‘upgrading’.
