The guitar that changed the world

Scotty Moore plays guitar on these instrumental remakes of twelve Elvis Presley hits. I’m not a big fan of Elvis – a bit before my time (I was born in 1955 and grew up with an emerging music awareness of The Beatles, Deep Purple, Wishbone Ash, and Led Zeppelin). This is a very listenable, quite jazzy, album, originally issued in 1964.

The backstory is here.
